Exceptional staff and wonderful breakfast.
Exceptionally clean and wonderful hotel, marvellous and lovely location in a quiet neighborhood. Location really close to the "center" of town, the old town and the Art Galleries, which are located together along the south side river bank or 5 minutes in a taxi and Frankfurt as a transit from Baden Baden before back to the State. And around 4-6 minutes away by foot from St Bonifatiuskirche.

The value for money was great, and the room, though a bit dark, was still loved. The location was beautiful in a green area, and the staff treated us really well.
The breakfast menu could be improved by allowing guests to choose their own meat, rather than pre-portioning it on plates.

Beautiful old villa with sophisticated interior content. Comfortable for business trips and leisure travel. Many places to spend time in a fun, without leaving. Special thanks to Olesya Lungan for the warm breakfasts and dinners, constant care and attention.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and ample amenities. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of the city center and conveniently close to the airport. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the option to dine on the outdoor patio.
The furniture in the room appeared worn and could benefit from refurbishment. The WiFi connection was slow and unreliable throughout the hotel, making it difficult to use social media and browse the internet.

This hotel is in a fantastic area of the city, close to many museums like the Staedl Gallery, Leibighaus museum, and the Geirsch. It's not in the city center, but it's still a great location and within walking distance to many sites. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with separate sitting areas and desks. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to start your day off right. The hotel also has a beautiful spa for relaxation.
The service at this hotel can be quite slow and the food is overpriced for what you get.

The courtyard at this green area hotel is lovely. Rooms are somewhat less opulently decorated than another local hotel. Service at the restaurant can be inconsistent. American businessmen frequent this location.

Great service and friendly staff, always willing to help. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to key locations within the city which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful pool and gym area that guests can enjoy.
The walls between rooms are not well insulated, which can lead to some noise disturbance. Finally, the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist spots, so there was a bit of walking or travel required to get to the city center.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa center were exceptional. We enjoyed delicious drinks in the bar/lounge area and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch.
Despite the excellent service, we experienced a minor issue with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the breakfast area became crowded and we had to wait for a table.
